Through decades of business leadership, strategic expansion, and investment, John has built a diverse portfolio of companies spanning transportation, logistics, warehousing, and beyond. Most recently, Neace Ventures was recognized with ACG Kentucky's Deal of the Year Award, highlighting the company's continued growth and impact across the region.

  John will share his personal experiences as an entrepreneur, business leader, and investor, reflecting on the opportunities, challenges, decisions, and lessons that have shaped his journey. Attendees will hear firsthand about building and growing businesses, navigating change, and creating long-term value across multiple industries.
